    Sambo, Sambo
    Mumbo Jumbo
    Speaking Man-Child like
    The opposite of fright
    Whites antidote for fear
Of a Nat Turner being near

    Sambo was:
    Musical, superstitious, happy go lucky
    Nothing but a clown
    And a nappy headed monkey
Who always kept his head and eyes down

    Sambo’s alter ego was Nat
Who dreamed he had a bat
And poison or a knife for Masters throat
A Marcus Garvey type who wanted his own land and boat

July 4, in the year of 1865
    Sambo was no more alive
Until Uncle Tom thought he was Lazarus for racism
And the Black bourgeoisie fraternized & embraced tokenism

We need to crucify Sambo in a lofty grave
Because we be Men’s not stereotypical slaves

Willie lynch taught all slave owners this poem in song:

    Mr Sambo
    Fetch me my dish
    My faithful servant
    Only a dream could wish

    Mr. Sambo
    He has no balls
    His brain has rocks
    With no mind at all
