*they know who they be*

the best of both worlds
is what I thought she had
having a husband and a lover
just didn't seem so bad

both are so devoted
both are so sincere
but life for her is stressful
she lives in constant fear

her love cannot withstand
the strain she's going through
and I can see the future
and what she's bound to do

because it's just not right
to actively do wrong
she'll love them all her days
but live her life, alone
