CNBC talk show host Chris Mathews asking high profile guest if the president should appoint Rudolf Guiliani to oversee the disaster in New Orleans

There is Buzz in Washington D.C. about former NYC mayor Rudolf Guiliani being appointed the task of taking over the task of bringing "order" to New Orleans.

Personally, I think if this comes to past, black folks from New Orleans will be doomed. In light of the fact that he did everything he could as the Mayor of NYC, to antagonize and marginalize black people during is his tenure, if he were to be put in charge down there, it would be a nightmare for our people.

If this happens, call and write your local legislatures. This is the least we can do.
