The road has been long and hard
another loved one has been shackled and barred
and left another life tortured and scared
what are we learning
while the wheels of injustised keep on turnig
a women yearning to keep that glimmer of light burning
the man she loves is locked away
never to come home some say
but she never seems to give up hope
through the good and the bad, she manages to cope
she will fight the corrupt system
continue to speak out and let the world listen
of the injustice brought down by your system
the laws were made to protect us
but failed
only do they anger and discuss us
and you call this JUSTICE!!
and what happen to fair an legal counsel
left behind on some seedy bar stool
fabricated stories
dump-truck lawyers
unacknoweledgeable attornys
whos fame whos glory
surly not the man locked up
from the system that failed him
that simply "corrupt"
we must be strong to survive
and to keep our dreams of love alive

I LOVE YOU BLUE

THIS IS FOR YOU

BLUES MAGIC

very nice Remby
feel'n ya

while i do believe folk should be locked up if their behavior warrants, something is mighty wrong that so many Black Mothers, Wives, Friends and Lovers have this heart breaking burden to bear and watch moreso than others ...

nice flow
