As beautifully as she was made
Reminds me of a fragrance so sweet
    The Harlem she overcame
The abuse is and pain and the shame
    The hurt that she endured
    So now she's so beautiful
    Just let her bloom
To blosom into her fullness of lovliness
The essence of her is true and blameless and pure
    Let her sing
    For her heart is glad
    Let her see
Show her patience and that you care
    Rose you are a jewel
    Hold on to your love
    Although the sun is shining
    Those gloomy days will come
    So don't loose hope
    Because it's just a test
See faith brought her this far
    And you shouldn't give up
    You are ebony
    You are beauty
    Your are brown
    Your skin is soft
    Your body round
    So precious
    You are a Queen
