Black Poetry : Rituals

[PurpleMoons]

The day has been long
my strength almost gone
its to my satisfaction
this spontaneous reaction
it's time to rejuvenate
I can't hardly wait
I'll dim the lights
strip down to my whites
get the candles a blazing
its gonna be amazing
got a warm bath brewing
with the bath beads stewing
got the soft music playing
my body is aching
it's gonna be a little one on one tonight
gurrrl! you know I plan to do this right
must put the lotion by the bed
a glass of wine for the head
I'm almost ready
wait a minute!
i'm missing my final ingredients
some sweet potpourri to intoxicate me
yeah! Now i'm ready
I slip off my garments
i'm in total bliss
I stick out my tongue
and suddenly i'm in
I stretch out my legs
my toes bend to a curl
I throw back my head
pure ecstasy my goal
Awwwwww! thats it
it feels so pleasing
theres nothing like a ritual
of a full blown body cleansing
Its good for the flesh
and soothing to the soul
It's my favorite treat
I know it's gotta be yours!
