    I've read this book

some of the points in it are very realistic...

meaning that... laws of money is not taught...

defining in all actuality the difference between an asset, a liability and what real capitol is...

not working for money.. but making money work for you...

his rich dad was a hustler....... made money work for him..

his poor dad worked for a govt agency... and in the end did not have a pension..... so ultimately he worked his whole life without being able to maintain in the end....

it's an interesting book, and a quick read........

the author became the eighth richest man in Hawaii.... prior to writing any books i beleive.......

i don't agree with everything in the book...

but understanding money.. how it works..... and how white america pays uncle sam last through incorporation.....

    wasn't a wasted read.. IMO

    I like John Reed

Yes, very interesting indeed. I read Mr. Reed's review of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" a couple of years ago when I was studying Real Estate Strategies.

People should also read his review on Carlton Sheets "No Money Down" system.

Is there a thread about Carlton Sheets on destee, btw? I didn't see any. If not then I'll consider making one.

Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad is the single greatest book I have ever read.
It set me on my current path of studying finance and economics.

It fundamentally transforms your thinking with regard to money, finance, and economic matters especially if you are poor or middle class.
There isn't one thing in that book that I have found any disagreement with.
