Rhyme Endeavors

Imbibe wine and survive with time let me describe my rhyme
And how I work from five to nine just to keep my lyrics alive and fine
There’s the pencil and paper try stencil the vapor from
My imagination then the concentration plays a part some
Heart gets numb to bring a smart one from the scum
Thoughts available to me, hard to write script all type
Slip from my grasp strip me of dignity fast try pipe
Them back like water but the act is slaughter not ripe
For picking, I’m licking my lips sickening to trip wrong
Get stripped at home for trying to flip verse strong
Rhyme on the tip of my tongue **** I forgot that one
A toast to my post then eat a roast most of the time it’s fun
Blind by the sun a very bright light when I write dun
Suffer from rhyme endeavor spit lyrics dine forever
Clear my throat with severe quote, promote terror
Exciting habit of writing in a tablet typing beside a medicine
Cabinets under a light bulb invented by Thomas Edison
Hell I rhyme to inspire the fire in my soul up for hire because
I desire gold; many require this story to be told I won’t pause
Talked to Santa Clause wanna a new ink pen a true mink and then
A notebook
