Peace,
The only two "rules" that are enforced without question is no homosexuals and no swine. If you claim Allah's Nation and we find out you homo, you gets an exile, beat down or worse. So don't do it. Ain't no one ever been walked through our rite of passage and ain't been told that. So if you do it you do it knowing the justice you'll receive.
Swine is another thing that will get you in some serious trouble. It could range from getting it knocked out of your hand if you get caught with it, to getting exposed to the immediate cipher and therefore meaning you gonna get chastised by the whole cipher. It ain't pretty.
We advocate that our women dress in 3/4. This is not a rule at least as far as I'm concerned. This is more of a matter between an Earth/Queen and her God. Suffice to say for the most part we don't advocate our women to look like strippers, whores or unseemly yet even this is not universal....... yet.

Not in the same way as the women. Certainly a man is expected to dress in a supremely mathematical fashion according to the environment he's in. For instance if a brother came to a rally dressed in leather pants with the butt cheeks cut out, you can be rest assured he'd be advised to never do that again and more than likely would be escorted out of the rally.
