that his lawyer would say it was no more than, "...a playful gesture, in front of witnesses. It was too trivial to be considered anything of significance. To call it a sexual assault is not based in reality." But, I guess, when you have witnesses, and video footage, you have to say something...to try to make sense of your client's stupidity.
