    An easy way to get started losing weight, is to simply leave out the soft drinks, koolaid, etc.

    Replace them with water, water, water!

    It's amazing how the fat folk (me) know all the tricks, but have trouble implementing them! :look:

    Okay, this is going to make me live up to what I'm saying. I hope.

    Oh gosh ... well ... starting today ... water water water!

    I will be reporting on my success. Please share yours too.

    I don't even drink soda or caffeine. I love loove water.

    For those who don't like the taste or feel water has no taste. There is water that has flavors with no calories.

    pure water is the best but the think is how much are we really getting
    are we intaking too much water ornot enough ???

    i drink a litre a day and i do not eat anything after 8pm........

    I drink a gallon a day - but need to increase because I've had some hardships - and thus had to do what I had to do to survive -

    I still drink soda on occassion but not as much....i need to increase my water intake
