Anyone here miss the days when Vince Carter was Vinsanity? When Kobe was Shaq's little brutha and LIKED that roll? The league has changed man. Now the new stars are here like Amare, Matrix,Lebron,G.A,L.H, Carmelo, and Dwyane Wade.

well time don't sit still so the old crew must move on !
the new kids on the block and soon they will have to take
back sit to the upcoming Starz , but it's still a few old timers
still in the mix like Reggie Miller he still doing it up some

NBA change a bit every year soon it will be back to basketball
and not the throw down show full of thug life !

My big thought is what group or Class was true basketballers
was it back in Dr. J era or was it when Air Jordan , Ewing , era
or was it the Macdoo's , wilt , Oscar dayz ?????

is it the new skool boys today with Wade , mello , James !
to me each group has it's own shinning point or stars it's
L.James and Wade time to shine with Mello and a few others
the kobe's days over for these guys they now role players and
back ups many of them are like A.Mourning in fact the Big men
will get smaller in the middle under 7 foot in the next few years
yes the NBA is changing rapidly.

Todays stars are nothing compared to Magic, Bird, Kareem and Jordan. Nowhere near the skill level. The new guys don't even know how to utilize the basics of basketball. It's either a dunk or a 3 pointer with the new players. No more blocking shots like Akeem the Dream or Mutumbo, it's all about standing under a player and taking a charge. No skill whatsoever and none of these new players "think" basketball. Magic, Jordan and Bird thought basketball. They could take over a game without scoring a point. Who can do that nowadays? The league is rapidly declining because there's not much expected of these players nowadays. They're all over-paid before they even prove anything. As long as the can dunk or shoot 3-poiters, they can get a contract. In 5-10 years, the NBA will be unwatchable.
