I agree! Great points.... And since we know, why keep focusing on the White Supremacy...
We are told to ignore certain people who irritate or bother us. So how come we cannot ignore the white supremacy also? Is it because the system is so embedded into us that we cannot?
All excellent questions. It's necessary to not only talk about the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) and how it works against us but also talk about how that SYSTEM affects us and most importantly what we must do to replace the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice. That's when we are really talking about solutions.
It is difficult for non-white people to talk about the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) so it is no surprise that many of us don't even want to hear about it. Many of us shy away from talking about it because we don't have the language to adequately describe the things that are being done against us. We instinctively and intuitively understand that something is being done but we don't have the language to adequately and accurately describe how it works, how it is affecting our very behavior and what we must do to turn things around.
People have an innate need to understand "why". Even babies come to the planet asking "why" once they get a grasp of the language. It is what we call "education" that seriously degrades our ability to ask questions such that before we have had 6 good years of it we hardly ask any questions at all and are made to feel that if we do ask questions then we are dumb. If we do not talk about why things are the way that they are we will inevitably end up supporting the same SYSTEM that works against us. We not only need to understand "why" things are the way that they are but also "how" things work if we are gonna turn things around. This is the reason I lay things out as such...what I call laying out THE LOGIC;
(1) How the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) works against non-white people;
(2) What the effect is on non-white people;
(3) What non-white people must do to replace the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice.
We gotta have all 3 elements for people to understand THE LOGIC. Just talking about any one of those without talking about all of those is not enough. Non-white people have to have a good understanding of how gossiping and name-calling and spreading rumors causes confusion and conflict among each other and how the smartest most powerful white people use those behaviors to their advantage...in order for us to have a clear picture of why it is important not to engage in those behaviors. Those behaviors work against us not only on a personal level but also on a global scale. Once we start to think on a global scale things begin to change. How we process information begins to change. How we look at things begin to change. We begin to not only see and understand what is going on in our immediate surroundings by understanding THE LOGIC but we also begin to see and understand how things work on a global scale.
If the people of Rwanda had the posts in this thread and functioned from them there is no way 800,000 people woulda been killed in 1994. No way. The usual suspects started the rumors, gave them the weapons and then got the hell outta the way so they could slaughter each other. That's how racist code works. They are doing the same thing with the so-called Crips and Bloods...starting the rumors, give them the weapons and move outta the way and let them slaughter each other. The SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) is a global SYSTEM. They are doing the same thing in Libya right now. The white people who practice racism (white supremacy) are master killers. They are masters of deceit. Masters of trickery. Masters of treachery. They KNOW what they are doing. Some of us call them ignorant but they KNOW what they are doing. They are doing exactly what it is they want to do.
It's us that don't know. Why talk about white supremacy? Because it's part of the problem...the cause for many of the problems that non-white people have. I don't just talk about "the problem" I also talk about solutions to "the problem".
