As I sit, I reflect
Upon a Broadloom of memories,
Of Dreams
Some ragged, shaggy and worn
While others
Plush enough to sink my feet into
These memories, Those dreams
Are all, delicately woven
Into a tapestry of who I am

I Reflect

Back to childhood laughter
Rippling at my sides
And split feelings
Of those friendships, even, loveships
Old, Lost, Lasting and New

And on Reflections
Of colorful palettes
Upon which I've lain
Emitting characteristic hues
Of Pinx, Skarlez, Yelloes and Bluz
drawn of myself from distinct lines
Though,
Some, Not so well defined, yet blended
Into the backdrop of a life
Everchanging...
Tis all a part of me

And there are reflections of days
Of non-jury trials
White -vs- Brown
Even,
Brown -vs- Brown
Steadfastly I rise

Decked out
In my Suit of Armour
Not to take the stand...
BUT TO TAKE A STAND
For who I am...

I Refect

Upon Chocolate mirror-images
Served as Edible courses
Over a succession of time

PAST
....PRESENT..
.............FUTURE

Feeding my soul,
Allowing me to grow
Into who I am..
Into what I'll Be..
