On another thread it was mentioned that, "Reality doesn't really belong to anyone.
Reality is what it is, and it isn't defined by what people think about it."

I pose a couple of questions:

    -What is 'reality'?

-Would, and or, could 'reality' exist even if people did not?

    ...Thought's?

Reality is that which everything in existence either is, or participates in. All knowledge of reality depends upon the senses, but the senses do not create reality.

Does reality exist in the absence of human existence? If so, how do you....know?

    i think, therefore i am....

no, it does not. therefore you can say that we create reality. collectively.
i am an artist. i create works of art. they do not exist unless i will them into existence.
therefore, i am god. collectively, we are god.

(some of us are the devil)

Yes. I know because a careful observation of things reveals that, while they are contingent beings, their existence is caused by their own matter and form, not by the act of observing.

So you have pre-life and or post-life experience that allows you to rinder an
explanation of what reality is? Can you show...prove even...that you existed outside of this existence?

    Are you...human, mortal? lol.

the universe extends to the limit of human perception....

while there is evidence of reality outside of an individual person, maybe, there is no evidence of reality outside of the collective human psyche.
reality is defined by what we can perceive.

Well, omniscience is not a prerequisite to real knowledge. We can study aspects of being in an objective manner, and learn real things about them without having to know everything about them. It starts in the womb, perhaps the first time we bumped into the uterine wall.

If things did not exist apart from us, we could never learn about them. Since all knowledge depends upon the senses, we would never know anything, not even that we existed. This is where Descartes' "Cognito ergo sum" falls short; before you can acknowledge yourself as a thinking being, you have to have thought about something. You can't think about anything if you never know anything. You can never know anything unless you sense something. You can never sense something unless something independent of you existed for you to sense.
