Sin is Disease, and the Wages of Sin (Disease) is Death

Disease occurs when man disobeys God's laws of this Universe and nature (eating included). "THOU SHALT NOT KILL" is a Supreme Law of the Universe and man disobeys this law by slaughtering and eating animals. As long as man disobeys God's laws, disease (or sin) will exist. In other words, stop killing and you eliminate disease (sin)...

The brain controls and directs the body and mind of man. The brain itself, however, is a receiver operated upon by cosmic influences, and must operate according to the directing force or intelligence of its source of power...

Man has been deficient in understanding because his brain receiver did not vibrate to certain subtle influences. The dynamic cells in the gray matter of the brain's nerves were not finely attuned and did not respond - hence sin, or falling short of understanding...

From the teachings of the chemisry of life we find that the basis of the brain or nerve fluid is the mineral potassium phosphate. A deficiency in this brain constituent means "sin," or a falling short of judgment or proper comprehension...

Disease (lack of atonement, or "at-one-ment") or deficiency (sin) is the cause of death. Otherwise none would die. The Creator made laws relative to right eating and right living, and when man disobeys these laws (or sins against God), the physical and mental processes deteriorate; the intake of vital forces decreases, and death inevitably results...

When man eliminates disease, he eliminates death, which is the last enemy that man must overcome. IT IS THE WILL OF GOD...

I believe that all sins are the result of lack of a living faith in God. Denial of the ressurection and the hereafter - whether by word of mouth or conduct - is at the root of all sin and crime in the world. There can be no real and effective check on sin - or incentive to good works - without a true and real belief in life after death...

According to the Catholic Encyclopedia, sin is nothing else than a morally bad act, an act not in accord with reason informed by the Divine law. God has endowed us with reason and free will, and a sense of responsibility; He has made us subject to His law, which is known to us by the dictates of conscience, and our acts must conform with these dictates, otherwise we sin...

i dont prescribe to "sin" i believe that we move "closer" and "further" away from Olodumare's (God's) plan. In african spirituality we use terms more akin to "alignment" and "misalignment" and these relate to Ori (Destiny, Spiritual Consciousness) and Ona (Road, Path to Walk).

This plan included complementary plans for each us individually, each of our families, each of our communities, each of our nation, our planet, and then outward. to deny that plan doesnt not "wound" God, only ourselves.

We push ourselves further away from the life He/She intends for us, which usually results in strife and pain - and most importantly requires most of us to return to rectify our actions in our next life. we return and return again until we are insync with that plan and have the learned the lessons within it.

There is a belief also that eating, adequate rest, meditation, physical excercise and constant appeasement and worship of the Ancestors and Gods are crucial to success. It is the Circle of Life. I see reflections of this same philosphy in "alignment and misalignment" among devotees of native american, east indian and asian spiritual systems.
