I have learned as I consciously travle deep into the Rabbit hole (Conscious), that Hate is also a Virtue. If we are in a situation, people, places, and things and we are harmed or suffering we ither love or hate the situation we are in.

We have been conditioned and programmed to think hating is wrong.

Hate what is happening, has happening to us is the tool and weapon to elevate to the point we get up and out of the situation.
