Conference looks at attacks, targets, power of Israel Lobby
    By Askia Muhammad

WASHINGTON (FinalCall.com) - Far from home, New York City’s police department actually maintains an office in Tel
Aviv, Israel. That’s clear evidence of the secretive and extensive reach of the “Israel Lobby” in this country, Dr. Alice
Rothchild, a Boston-based physician, filmmaker, and human rights activist told 500 attendees at the National Press Club,
    April 10.

In addition, thousands of individual U.S. police officers from dozens of local police forces have received
all-expense-paid trips to the Jewish state for Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) training from the
Israel Defense Force (IDF), funded by components of the Israel Lobby.

well, guess this reply is technically "off topic" as i'm not speaking to the trainings by israel, nor the allegations of "advocating genocide". for that matter, i will have to honestly admit to not having a clue as to where to come down on the israel vs palestine "question", and could honestly care less. were i to be concerned about any of those folks and any of those messes in, and around, the middle east, i guess i'd be most upset by the actions perped by the trans saharan slave traders, who kept on until 1964 before giving slavery it's "final call".

if i must wage concern on anything, it would be the trafficking of little girls; the homeless situation; disenfranchisement of americans displaced as jobs that were outsourced now return with bodies in them; lack of access to training in modernized technologies for an "aging workforce" whose social security benefits are subject to backroom deals and cuts to pay for more and more war that doesn't seem to actually do anything . . . except get more expensive; corporate profits that keep climbing and then going into off shore tax evading "tax shelters" that remove american dollars from the working tax generating capitol that support infrastructure, health care and education ... <whew!>. israel vs palestine, zionism, muslim vs shiite vs whomever - we've got more important things to think/worry about and fix. (did i not mention retuning to critical thinking in our so-called "educational system"!? oops)

"so why did you bother to post anything?!"

reluctantly, i did surf to this final call article and came away with a severe sense of "pot, kettle, black":

seems to me that one of the best ways to deflect what one is doing is to project a bit of inflammatory journalism at other folks that are doing the same thing on a smaller scale!

i will be glad when their armegeddon completes running it's course!!
