Yes, everyone can be a racist. I know people that talk about other races so bad...if I closed my eyes I'd think it was coming out of a white person's mouth. White people are known for being racist, but every race can be one.

Once again, like Kente, you are confusing racism with prejudice. Why is it called institutional Racism instead of institutional prejudice? because racism has to do with how white people treat non-white people
