    Peace and Blessings Family,

I'm wondering, what is the law regarding race based organizations?

Are they legal? Or is their right to exist based on them receiving public funds?

I know there are organizations that limit their Members by race.

Here in Mobile, AL ... where Mardi Gras originated (they say) ... the organizations associated with this festival, are race based. There are white organizations, and since Blacks couldn't be in those, there are Black organizations. They even have the "Black Parade Day" for them. Of course it's only one day, while the rest of the several day long event, belongs to the white organizations. I could be a little bit wrong about this, as i'm not an active participant, but this is pretty much the jist of it.

In addition, we all know of the KKK and they are surely race based, right?

Is it legal to create, manage, grow race based organizations in the USA?

What race based organizations are you aware of ... organizations that clearly say to all ... you can't join us unless you're of a certain race?

Are there any Black organizations, that take this very stong position? Do we need some?

    Looking forward to your comments.

    Much Love and Peace.

Is the Solvivaz Nation (www.solvivaznation.com) a race based group? I went to a brunch that the Solvivaz Nation gave last Sunday in downtown Baltimore Maryland and Neely Fuller spoke there.
