    "To move with the rythm of the seasons, take note of
    the following:

    Fall/Winter: We [tend to] eat heavier foods to build
    heat in our bodies. We also hibernate (sit in) more.
    There is a great possibility for mental depression,
    aches and pains, shortness of breath, colds and
    fevers.

    During this season, there is greater need for
    meditation, quiet movements and planning for the
    future."
