If you love Spinach here is a quick way to prepare it.
You will need to get:
1 bunch of fresh spinach or 1 bag of ready to go spinach.
Butter
Red wine vinegar
1 minced garlic clove or a little garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
You will need to do:
1 - place a sauce pot large enough to hold your spinach on medium high heat.
2 - wash your spinach and place in a colander.
3 - place the wet spinach leaves in the hot pot and cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook until the spinach is just wilted well. Turning spinach over as needed. The spinach will cook in just a few short minutes. Do not over cook your spinach.
4 - When the spinach is cooked, add a pat or two of butter, a little vinegar, the garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Yummy!
