I was wondering if there are certain laws that prevent people from boycotting government agencies within their state? The reason i'm asking this is because every time citizen are outraged about injustices bestowed upon them.... protesting seems be the only peaceful method they resort to. Is it unlawful to boycott government agencies within the United States? If not, what are some of the reasons people are reluctant to do so? What are the backlashes and/or consequences? Also, what type of businesses would be most effective to boycott in a state or city to bring about the greatest affect?
