    WHY IS IT THAT WHEN A WOMAN IS SEXUALLY ACTIVIE WITH A GUY BUT NOT IN A RELATIONSHIP, WHAT SHE IS DOING IS VIEWED WRONG?

    let me know what yall think....

    I for one don't think there's anything wrong with it. I think society does because women are supposed to be the gatekeepers as far as sex goes. If women in general are having sex without commitment, that means men and women are, because men are going to take it when they can get it. Women are expected to keep sex sacred and keep it within the confines of a relationship. When that's not happening people get nervous. Especially religious people.

    True indeed.

    However, that is not to say, that just because a woman (or person period) is having sex without commitment, that they are sleeping with any and everyone. :nono:

    Exactly. I've been in situations where I was sleeping with one person, but we weren't in a relationship. And as far as I know she was only with me. Sometimes people don't want to label it, they just want to spend time with a person. It doesn't neccessarily mean you're promiscuous simply because you're having sex without having a commitment. Unfortunately, there is a double standard in this society.
