Ans . The Biblical Concepts Of God Was Created In The Hearts And Minds Of Their Authors And As These Authors Became Aithentic , Their Documents Became Authentic And With The Pages Of Their Docments Called Scripture, God Was Born If You Try To Question A Theologian Or Religious Scholar On The Subject Of God , And Ask Them Not To Use Their Bible, They Would Not Be AbleTo Do It For It Was These Authors Who Made The Opening Statement In The Old Testament Of The HebrewOr Jews Also Called The Torah . In The Beginning God ( Elohim ) Created The Heavens And The Earth '' Or Genesis 1 ; 1 And '' In The Beginning Was The Word And The Word Was With God ( Thehos ) And The Word Was God ( Thehos ) The Same Was In The Beginning With God ( Thehos ) . All Things Was Made By Him And Without Him Was Not Anything Made That Was Made ' In The New Testament Of The Christian's John 1 ; 1 - 3 Authored By Men Who Say They Were Inspired From On High To Teach Man Of A God , Who Is Every Man's Personal God , Yet Mediators Were Necessary As If God Could Not Merely Think His Being Into Everyone's Heart Without The Stress And Strain Of Religious Instructions .

I agree AuroraFlower...God is simply amazing. The question Issa asked is a very good one. However, in the minds of us humans everything should come from something else. Yet, I believe Him to be like a circle. There is no beginning point or ending point. Thus, he always was, always iz and always will be :D. The beginning...the ending. The first and the last. Wow...what a mighty God I serve!

If God was to be created from something else, then this question would be posed for whatever entity created it, and so on. So at some point, it makes sense that God just existed without a beginning. Like Joyce said, God is like a circle.

That is true. From a scientific point of view, we know that matter is finite and linear (linear in its progression from solid to natural energy because natural energy does not turn back into matter and because natural energy consumes matter yet cannot exist without it it must at some point cease to exist). Matter has a definite beginning and a definite end. Matter cannot create itself so that which created matter cannot be subject to the laws of matter.

I wouldn't even limit God to a circle which is in its own way finite and cannot touch its own center or move beyond its outer edge. But maybe God is like space--just there never ending never beginning. Matter exists within space, does not push space over nor deplete the volume of space. You can take the smallest pebble or the largest sun and there will still be the same amount of space left over. Space does not have to come from anywhere. God may be like space but space is not God.

God has life within Himself and needs no precedent like matter does. I think the buck stops with Him. That does not invalidate the need for the universe to come from semewhere.

The Creator didn't "come from" anywhere...He already was here.

    The Creator was...is...and will be.

His existance and function doesn't depend on our understanding or even our acknowledgement of Him because He doesn't need us.

The fact that man is here to have a concept of ANYTHING is proof that we were brought into existance...be a Creator.

    The Question

So where did God come from?

Without using God's word, God is the "where" and we came from God. There are no other realms of gods. Before us there was God after we are gone there will be God. God is not separated from us we dwell in God. These are concepts that our minds can not conceive. We understand beginning and end because this is the environment in which we exist. We can not understand "non existence" nor can we understand "eternity". We are bound by time and space. God created time and space. God is beyond time and space and God we can't understand yet. God said "I AM THAT I AM". This means know that I exist and be satisfied with that fact. Again God is the "where" and there is no place else.

    Peace

Our ancestors. From The Egyptian Book of the Dead: The Papyrus of Ani:

“God is one and alone, and none other existeth with Him – God is the One, the One who hath made all things – God is a spirit, a hidden spirit, the spirit of spirits, the great spirit of the Egyptians, the Divine spirit – God is from the beginning, and He hath been from the beginning.

He hath existed from old and was when nothing else had being. He existed when nothing else existed, and what existeth He created after He had come into being.

He is the Father of beginnings – God is the Eternal One, He is eternal and infinite and endureth forever, and yes – God is hidden and no man knoweth His form. No man hath been able to seek out His likeness; He is hidden to the gods and men, and He is a mystery unto His creatures.

No man knoweth how to know Him – His name remaineth hidden; His name is a mystery unto His children. His names are innumerable; they are manifold and none knoweth their number.

God is truth and He feedeth thereon. He is the king of truth, and He hath established the Earth thereupon – God is life and through Him only man liveth. He giveth life to man, He breatheth the breath of life into his nostrils – God is father and mother, the father of fathers and the mother of mothers. He begetteth, but was never begotten; He produceth, but was never produced; He begat himself and produced himself. He createth, but was never created; He is the maker of His own form and the fashioner of His own body.

God Himself is existence, He endureth without increase or diminution, He multiplieth Himself millions of times, and He is manifold in forms and in numbers – God hath made the Universe, and He created all that therein is; He is the Creator of what is in this world, and of what was, of what is, and of what shall be. He is the Creator of the Heavens, and of the Earth, and of the deep, and of the water, and of the mountains.

God hath stretched out the Heavens and founded the Earth – what His heart conceived straightway came to pass, and when He hath spoken, it cometh to pass and endureth forever – God is the father of the gods; He fashioned men and formed the gods – God is merciful unto those who reverence Him, and He heareth him that calleth upon Him. God knoweth him that acknowledges Him; He rewardeth him that serveth Him, and He protecteth him that followeth Him.”

We've been down this road before. You as a Muslim have no intimate relationship with the God/Goddess of Khemet. But you take one papyrus to try to prove that God is a he.

No disrepect to you, but you can't say what a God is, if you don't even believe in it
