Queen Tiye (also known as Taia, Tiy and Tiyi) Embellishes The Beauty of African Women From Around The World!
To her credit, and as the daughter of Yuya and Thuyu (e.g. her parents had a high positions in Ancient Kemet). She was also the sister of the Suten Aye (e.g. Pharaoh is the wrong term, it means House of Women) became the GREAT Royal Wife of Amenhotep III. Her brother's name was Anen) -–he was the Second Prophet of Amun. She lived between 1398 BC – 1338 BC and she is the mother of Amenhotep IV or Akenathan; and possibly King Tut. So attracted was Amenhotep III to her that he married her during his second year on the throne chair. There union was an awesome one as he ruled on the throne for 40 years.
She was very influential given the fact that her brother inherited most of the titles of Yuya. Aside from this detail ---there is no other reason for the high position of Aye in the royal court - He, the Suten Aye, was most likely related to Yuya, Thuya and Tiye.
