Black Spirituality Religion : Q. DO U PLACE MORE TRUST IN SCRIPTURE...

I meant THE CREATOR --- as God is a man-made entity

Sure. If you are either a FOOL or a SHEEP! The Most High Afrikan has given us his chosen people
the ability to separate fact from fiction. We should use it MORE!

Originally there was no "he" therefore your points are not valid.

He did not write the scripture.....He may have told the Apostles Too....but he did not....There for, should it be or not....I put more trust in HIM....BEacause through King James....some revelations may have been contorted.
I trust in the Word to Tell a story......regardless of truth or falcity though.
It's up to me, to seek the true.
There are so many contradictions in this life to the spirit, that that is what Must be done....
but no...I trust in Higher power first.

Then again, We learned him From the Scripture and the Word....so...Maybe we DO trust the scripture more, with out it...would we have known of him?
We may have been put here just to live our lives to see how things would go....or maybe he tried that......
Let's see if there is a word, will people follow?

Good Question....What is the Real anwer:thinking:

All scripture is tainted and of man-made origin from a much older and more
ancient source...

GOD and Scripture.

Not all Scripture just the parts from any ancient text that are presented as the Supreme Being actually Speaking the Words.

Humans have to have Scripture until GOD undoes this….

Deut:31:18: And I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods.

If I had to choose one it would have to be GOD.

man-made scripture dilutes the 'black' mind; therefore the stab wounds of exploitation and oppression are thus successfully de-sensitized in the 'black' mind's of those who put chripture before common sense, logic and reasoning.

Gosh does everybody here need and I want them to check out Malcolm's 'grassroots' speech again...

Remember he said that regardless of our different faiths, we're subjected to the same white exploitation and oppression, as well as it affected or affects black folk regardless of their alleged high or low socio/economic/status etc...

I. e., those who do recall his words, also need and should want their own deeds to be on the positive/progressive/etc. side, too...

If any of us truly strive to reunite, let it be not be on based on any more illusions, leading to wrongheaded conclusions, i. e., most black elected officials options are hardly on the same level as the white ones, etc., so let us heed the reality checks/wake up calls we're getting, too, via 2013...

FYI...

Should ROOTS or any number of TV series/movies, i. e., media orinted/ mass marketerd takes, by the exclusive and sole takes on our stories?

Such did and do have their moments, though historical research is far more revealing, in general and/or as regards the specifics...

I. e., some are just too into the fad or trend at the moment, and even those of us who know our family history, etc. need not be predefined, by who just were born/wound up here, etc., by chance or by choice...

My and the as well as more to the point?

The battle cry of the last true movement: Our right of self and/or collective determination...

The root word was and is ideal (aka as regards anybody's alleged or true ideology), and we need to put forth realistic approaches to all things we need and should want to do for our own sakes as well as our relations....

FYI...
