Black Spirituality Religion : Q. DO U PLACE MORE TRUST IN SCRIPTURE...

Gosh does everybody here need and I want them to check out Malcolm's 'grassroots' speech again...

Remember he said that regardless of our different faiths, we're subjected to the same white exploitation and oppression, as well as it affected or affects black folk regardless of their alleged high or low socio/economic/status etc...

I. e., those who do recall his words, also need and should want their own deeds to be on the positive/progressive/etc. side, too...

If any of us truly strive to reunite, let it be not be on based on any more illusions, leading to wrongheaded conclusions, i. e., most black elected officials options are hardly on the same level as the white ones, etc., so let us heed the reality checks/wake up calls we're getting, too, via 2013...

FYI...

Nope. I place trust in THE CREATOR who lives through me....

One point: There were and are many interpretations of the Bible. So much so that King James ordered the translation through 70 scholars to come to a unanimous translation as perfect word for word into engish for one Bible in order to unite his kingdom. I would say it stands 95% as the best correct. Other bibles, today, which have been put into modern language or have been edited and published to support specific doctrines of some religions have cut out the mysteries and understanding of them; also altering plain truth which all of it is living through the teachings of the Holy Spirit. I say, you cannot ever run out of knowledge of God and understanding in the Bible if you do what it teaches you to do in the New Testament through Christ. That is the only requirement; because, after a while you will be learning the deeper of what it has to teach, on going. Example of the five percent which is not worded in perfect understanding. "No man hath seen God at any time." John 1:18 = meaning: John 6: 46 "Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father" See, become righteous by being determined, go through the trials proving your intent to do good always and in prayer. Then when you love God that much, you will hear, see, and be in tune with the Holy spirit to see may things holy. Yea!

I agree, though sometimes, they can be used to understand a bit better what most people think the translation is; it helps with comparisons. However, I wouldn't rely on other bibles as the main reading for the Holy Doctrine. It's best in the KJV if you do not know any Hebrew.

Since your so heavy into the spoken word. Who exactly wrote this word u quote so heavy enough that the bloodly human fathers have nothing to do with it.?
Who Who Who
Power is who spoke. The scriptures are not in just written word only; but in power, the power of God to speak into the minds, hearts and ears of prophets. Even those who research the scriptures to investigate them for knowledge with the honesty of really wanting to know for truth, He gives power and "opens he their understudying." Also, the scriptures when understood knit together making total sense.
