'bout time.
yes, the amount of time served is pathetic...but the precedent is huge. especially considering it's Texas...a state who standfastly refuse to deny fault in any legal action that takes place there. once prosecutors/judges/cops start going to jail/prison for their role in wrongful convictions, i'm sure their approach to law enforcement will change. they may want to see us in prison...but they don't want to be in the cell next to ours.
