Once you click on www.destee.com/chat. yes, there is a program to download, so you can use the options in voice chat. it is an active x plug-in

Oh no you dont have to re-register. just put in your user name where it says Please Enter your nick name... and hit enter chat.. then hit yes on the install box....try again www.destee.com/chat
