Is there a problem from my end of the line, or has nearly half of the members lost their Premium Membership status.

Just curious because I'm seeing so many names in Black that used to be Green.

    More than half, nearly 2/3.

A lot of folks were premium members due to the free month offered by Destee, or were still allowed premium status beyond what they'd paid.

Those of us who see the incredible importance of the site are helping Destee brainstorm on ways to raise the percentage of members willing to pay to keep Destee.com strong.

Have you checked your PM? We have an invitation for you to join us in that.

I never been in Chat on this or any other site.

What's the difference between it and regular posting?

For me at least, chat is not the reason I joined Destee. It's the threads, community, ideas, the people.

Also I'm not sure it's accurate that the majority (or even a large #) of folks who chat regularly only recently became premium members.

Ultimately, that doesn't matter too much. Bottom line is we could go beyond just talking about the # of "premium" members, and help increase the perception of value so more people contribute a small amount towards keeping Destee here as the site grows.

Maybe this thread belongs in the premium members forum?

Well since peoples memberships have been
reduced and they dont have the luxury
Of the same benefits we will see if they plan
On supporting the way they say they do
Or if its just talk talk talk
I hear and read about the love for the site
Lets see if people are willing to come out of there pockets
Show the same love & respect they have so much
Do your thing Destee im not mad at you

$10 a month don't seem like a lot of many by anyone's standards, but to each his own I guess.

Hey bruh you're right this is your thread.

You can decide where you want to put it.

Maybe there is value in this discussion taking place out in the open forum.

Chat is almost like talking on the telephone. It allows direct communication between members whether instantaneous text or even voice communication. It is more private and personal than regular message board posting.
