Occupation
Mother, Homemaker, Student
"Roots" came on one time
In the seventies.
Fear,
Makes "them" not ever show it again.
I'm in favor of segregation,
Problem is, it's not gone be equal.
I don't think one should get paid extra
For speaking bi-lingual.
I can deal with a lesbian
But, that other stuff is inhuman.
I love dark skin brotha's .
Them light ones, are slicker than butta'.
And I'm not gone even talk about the sistas'.
Where's my two acres and my mule
For the slaughter of my ancestors?
There was a Black holocaust too!
Black art, all on my wall...
I'm just now noticing it all.
Have they found a cure for S.A.R.S.?
I haven't been in the manicure and pedicure bars.
Black folk get on my nerve sometime
I ain't lying!
Because of the gift of birth canals
War is no place for gals. :peace:
