If grilling in a drum or deep pan grill place directly on the grill and grill each side for 15 minutes, don't worry the fish will not burn or get hard If grilling directly over coals, wrap another 2 layers of foil around the fish. serve with red potato salad; sliced boiled red potatoes, sea salt, white pepper, dash of mustard powder, dill, celery salt, onion powder, thyme powder. diced red bell pepper. toss with Balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil enjoy!
