    Greetings family.

Do you remember this track? Our Sister, Folasade Adu, of Nigerian and British descent is best known for her role as vocalist in the band Sade. On this song, "Pearls, she brings something special to our ears and our conscious.

It's hard not to cringe when you are reminded of the type of world we live in. It's not about a woman in Somalia, it's about someone around the corner hugging themselves, elders forsaken by society, children raising children and Afrikans under the spell of the caucasians.

Please, take a minute and acquaint your Self with the righteous sound of pain, glory and sorrow.

I bring to you, the live version of Sade's "Pearls". You are welcome.
