    If I were wealthy
    could I then buy wisdom?
surely I could buy the words
pay and have someone say it
    and would I then convince
myself that it is the same thing?
or would it matter to me?
    some say appearence is everything
yet to me it is virtually nothing
so I wonder if I had a grip
would I then be more wealthy
    than truth?
    above such things
would I be stronger than reality?
    have more pull?
    could money make me more
    resourceful than nature?
though we all need money in
    this world...
    would money be my god?
    this tool to turn
the visage of evil into good
I mean I could pay souls to say
that night was in fact day
I hear that some even pay
    to construct expensive
    places to hide from death
    but when death comes
none of it could I take with me
and then where would I be?
