WOW, Obama will have a chance to replace Ginsburg, she is sick and 81 years old, 2014 matters because if Republican gain in the House or Senate his appointment can be blocked. She is waiting to see what happens in 2014 and if Democrats do not do well she will hang on until 2016. That will be probably his only chance to appoint another Justice.
