Poetry is a never-ending song, written and inspired by lyricists both dead and alive.
Sometimes its fast, sometimes its slow. Sometimes it takes its time like a jazzy flow..
Poetry is a never ending song-words forever being written
Melodies forever being created, rhythms and harmonies always being perfected,
Sometimes its an intimate unplugged song sometimes it’s the number one song on the pop charts, r and b charts, the favourite summer kwaito hit, a haunting song, a love song, an angry song, a song of heartbreak.

Sometimes it’s a work of brilliance, sometimes it should only be sung in the shower with the hot water on back-up vocals, the cold water on piano and the shower curtain on the drum and base…

Poetry is a never ending song, everybody’s got their taste and feel and their own preferences… its like a orchestra piece with mass score sheets and half notes, quarter notes, ta-ta-ta-tey tah… three beats in a bar, rests and quivers and eight notes…sometimes it’s a house song with mesmerizing beats taking me into a trance deeper than Deepak chopra’s meditation’s sessions…poetry is a never ending song… sing it with me, sing it with me, sing it with me, sing it with me…

Sometimes its fast, sometimes its slow, Sometimes it takes its time like a jazzy flow…

thank you everybody!!! triniti, you write, i do go for sebaticals from time to time... i suppose i never just want to write for the sake of writing, sometimes one has to stop to think, or peherps, just stop to experience.. thank you so much!! i feel so encouraged!!
