In light of the recent events that have taken place here at Destee.com, I thought I should post a seperate thread for Pluto retrograde. Pluto Retrograde was mentioned in the Mercury Retrograde thread but Pluto Retrograde deserves it's own thread.


Plutonian Attributes:

Enigmatic and paradoxical, Pluto functions subversively and invisibly to transform by elimination and metamorphosis. Pluto operates with extreme power, and when it manifests it usually causes one to feel out of control.

Pluto is in retrograde starting today through September 11th, 2009. This intensifies the "by any means necessary" Pluto transformation now underway all around us. Since it's in the cardinal earth sign Capricorn, the phrase rooting out comes to mind. We can extract what's poisoning us, or make fundamental changes to how we're living, as part of this bigger societal shift. What's it going to take to get right with ourselves and the Earth? Pluto invites us to look at what we're dependent on, for a sense of security. The big breakthrough comes when you find new ground to stand on. It comes from transmuting the powerful energies driving the "Crazy" that lurks behind compulsive behavior, denial or defensiveness. You can bet your sweet bippy, as my dear ole Dad used to say, that our fortitude is going to be tested under Pluto in Capricorn. This retrograde invites us to take control of our own lives, and courageously make the necessary strengthening changes at the roots of who we are.
