play
for me
a rainstorm
to bring to me
sweet repose on those
insomniac nights when
he creeps in on memories
and takes from me the only vise
that's proven to give me peace from him
let the lightning crash in the skies
let me hear the thunder roll
sing rainsongs to my heart
comfort my poor soul
i'm begging you
please let the
rainstorm
play

play you
a rainstorm
you ask

alas...
the lightning claps
thunder gives aplause
as the rainfall cleanse yesterday's memory
of its last vestiges of sadness
let a gentle breeze wash over you
as morning's dew moisten the brittle edges of heartache
for love's sake
hear the symphony of soft pelts
drumming
on heart felt moments of yesteryear
to soothe the fear of
what could be
whenever you think of me.:)

hear the rainstorm of yesternight
that tomorrow might be made...alright.

aiight.

rainstorm of last flood
into the days cannon mood
as ya mind caressed into
a misty maze and today
shine where ya eyes now dry
beauty cover da skies
rainstorm playin'
a rapture of love
a comfort of better hope
where sweeter pride reside
let da rainstorm roll
