"Hi, Chevron Dove. I don't see how anyone can blame President Obama for drone accidents either. He, as Commander and Chief is trying to protect our service men from flying the bombers, by keeping them from being shot down and taken by, in this case Al Qaeda (mentioned by Ms. Meir). We are also fighting ISIS and other radicals who the President would rather fight to protect us on their shores than defend us from them on our shores. Also they would do such awful things to our soldiers if they got shot down and were captured alive.I appreciate the information about the reality about 'the casualties of war'. I don't believe that women and children should ever be hurt, harmed or killed in this way! Whether it's their own people or America, this is a great evil against all humanity. I am grateful though for America and any peaceful country who make intercessions to help others even if America burst into another culture to help out, especially since they are a super power.
I absolutely don't understand how this 'drone' issue can be blamed on President Obama though.
Regarding women and children hurt during a war. You are so right it is a great evil to happen to humanity. Unless we can identify evil and then try to talk them out of their blood thirst. What are the odds they will change their ways? Not much. The only way left is to destroy it and that is the woe, because there is always the horror that runs along side a war. If we do nothing then that evil spreads and dominates with death and takes freedom from us. So it comes to sacrifice with casualties, to protect all the women we can, children, families, cities, even nations. So I support Obama using drones.
As for me, I'll pick a worm off the sidewalk and throw it into grass rather than see it struggle to dig through cement to live. That's why I don't fish. Hope there's always a grocery store. Strangely I would value the worm over saving types like ISIS killers.
