This is the picture that incited hundreds of hateful and racist comments. It was posted to mac instagram page yesterday evening, with the caption “Royal romance at @ohnetitelny #AW16. #MACBackstage #NYFW”

Within minutes it was swamped with hateful comments from fans, some of whom said they would unfollow MAC’s account.

The comments are a poignant reminder that physical features typical of black women are seen as beautiful, but not when they are on black women.

But they are. #BigLips

Its an article brother. Even more its an article of a moment that needs to be recognized for what it is. This shouldn't be making you feel some type of way, where its causing you some odd type of heartache to see it posted. Find another lane.
