A politician in Georgia named Earnest Smith has been attempting to outlaw photoshop jokes for years, but now he has renewed the effort after pictures of his head photoshopped onto a porn stars body started making their way around the internet.
According to Fox:
A Georgia state lawmaker with an unconventional grasp of the First Amendment is backing a bill that would make lewd photoshopping a crime punishable by a $1,000 fine.
ATLANTA – An Augusta legislator has found himself the victim of the type of photo manipulation that he is working to outlaw.
Rep. Earnest Smith is cosponsoring House Bill 39 that would make it a misdemeanor with a $1,000 fine. It is authored by fellow Democrat Pam Dickerson of Conyers, who first introduced it last year in response to online attacks of a teen-age girl.
I did an internet search and could only find one picture of Dohner in his police uniform. If this was a ruse Dohner was probably some government specialist that came into the LAPD to teach police officers. looking at the picture on the bottom left it seems that his hand is too small for his face.
I knew it was a matter of time before they conspiracy theories came. EVERY black celebrity who dies and crazy Caucasoid teenagers who decide to shoot up stuff isn't some metaphysical/government type of thing.
