    Perfection is something that is believed to be impossible to achieve
    But who gets to decide what perfection is and should be?

    To Me

    Perfection is the man in the store
    Who gives the woman at the register money for her groceries because she has no more

    Perfection is the 12 year old daughter at home
    Forced to take care of her siblings while their mother is out and they’re all alone

    Perfection is the teenaged mother who continues to struggle and go to school
    Because she can only depends on herself and she refused to be seen as a fool.

    Perfection is the woman who works all day
    So as a single mother she makes sure her kids can eat and survive another day

    Perfection is the woman in the hospital with 48 hours to live
    But she refused to believe it and in the end 5 more years is what she had to give

    All of these things and many more, in my book qualify as perfection
    Because to me, perfection is a MAJOR accomplishment or a simple act of affection
    Nobody is perfect, according to dictionaries, but we define who we are;
    Become a visionary

    Wow, you know poet, this was right on the money. All these acts come from someone who digs deep into their soul, and refuses to half step. Very inspiring, and oh so true!
