Does the mention of "pedophilia" or something in the context of it, come up in "Christian Doctrine", "African Traditions", or any others?

For whatever reason, I've presumed this was covered at least in the Biblical and Quranic canons.
But after further contemplation, it seems it may have been not as blatantly obvious as other subjects.

In this thread, would like to unravel the notions of what pedophilia is, what is the line between pedophilia and acceptable unions, and what types of doctrines in the past have been in support of or against it?

Pedophile: one word with multiple meanings

With the Catholic allegations along with others, these seem to be issues of authority and secrecy.
Was thinking "wonder if Buddhism has any doctrine on this topic?", and then I find this article:

From the High Caste Hindu Woman
    Chapter 3. Married Life

According to Manu, eight years is the minimum, and twelve years of age the maximum
marriageable age for a high-caste girl. The earlier the act of giving the daughter
in marriage, the greater is the merit, for thereby the parents are entitled to rich
    rewards in heaven.
