    Hoteph Beloved Sisters And Brothers:

When one is being instructed by our Ancient Divine First Way Ancient Black Ancestors, then the ability to know and Understand all that is Written and not Written , put you in a special place concerning the Knowledge and Understanding of those events that have unfolded upon this Planet Earth.

The Three Greatest Black so call Afrikan Research Intellectual to come this way in the 20Th Century, receiving my Respect and Honor, happen to be Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop, Dr. John Henri Clarke and Dr. Chancellor William, with Dr. Diop serving as Chairman and is a master Researcher concerning the Origin of Mankind upon this Planet Earth.

I put emphasis on the Origin of Mankind on this Planet Earth and this does not cover Mankind origin in in the universe.

Even Dr Clarke indicated that it was a hard task in getting Dr Diop work accepted and known by the world and as I speak it is a work still in progress and Dr. Clarke made mention of the fact that many so call Afrikans Proper of that descendant, did not and still do not give honor and due respect to Dr. Diop Work to this day, so when dealing with the question of the origin of Mankind, you can not put all of your marbles in one Black Scientist Researcher basket and consider all that they tell you regarding the Black Woman and Man, in term of our Start on this planet, to be objectively Divinely and Scientifically True.

To a well seasoned Thinking Black Being, and in taking into account of the work of Diop, John H. Clark, and Chancellor William, and the many other Trusted Notable Black so call Afrikan Researchers, they that committed themselves to verifying the Divine Truth concerning the Population of this Planet Earth and the Origin where the Homo Sapient Sapient Being took place on this earth planet, and the contribution they made in term of establishing the first Civilization on this planet Earth and whom they were, will reach the objective conclusion that the Beings that originated in a place on this planet Earth, in a place now accepted and referred to, by the world, as being named Afrika, the Beings of that location was in fact of a Morphology having a Dark Hue and being of an Anthropomorphous Divine Form of a Being, with Intelligence, which has been substantiated in Diop Work.

In a world of Evil and in such a world today, Evil is in control, masquerading around as it call itself, a Human Being, so when you are searching for the Divine Truth concerning the Origin of Mankind of an Anthropomorphous Nature, in its Divine True Form and Phenotype appearance, you Black Woman and Man can not Trust those with a history of lying to you, to tell you the Scientific Truth about your Black self, and neither can you Trust those so call Black Afrikans that are committed to doing your oppressors a favor, performing in the Caricature of a Human Being, to tell you the Truth about your Black selves.

Dr.Diop has gone into great detail to inform us that the Origin of Mankind took place in a place on this Earth call Afrika and did inform us that those so call Afrikans were in fact of a Black ( Dark ) Hue, yet we now live in a Time when you, Black Woman and Man, is being told that the Hue appearance of your Skin is of no important significance and to put no importance on Nature production within you, a Chemical call Melanin, which with the process of photosynthesis caused by the Mighty Sun Rays that Flow graciously to your Body causing the pigment of your skin to appear with a Dark Hue.

Now, I take the position that our Blackness is all that matter, because it determine the developing of a Culture based on your Attitude and Behavior toward your surroundings and it be your Life action within the confine of your attitude and behavior that reflect a way of Living that reflect your actual phenotype in action, alive in action expressing yourself in accordance to your Anthropomorphous Mentality, which is different from all others of the same form but different in structure.

To place no importance on the Phenotype of your Being, is like putting no importance on the Phenotype of the Stars in the fact that they be difference to the Planets, even though the Planets may be a result of the Stars Action, Think Spiritually Divinely Black Woman and Man.

Well beloved, I would Think that the same principle apply to the finding Theory of Dr Diop, when he states that out from the Black Anthropomorphous Phenotype, there were other Types of Anthropomorphous phenotypes to arrive, but entirely different from the Anthropomorphous Phenotype Proper, in other word the original Being, that did appear in that place call Afrika.

Tell me beloved, why do you Think ( and you do have to Think ) is the reason for our Ancient First Way Divine Ancestors presented to us a Theology that dealt with the Stars and Planet in revealing to us the way that they came to this planet and the Knowledge they had about God, Universe, and the Self of Life ?

Is not all that our First Way Ancient Ancestors Divine Knowledge, significant to verifying the Divine Truth about the Origin of Life Beings, on this Planet, and the 5 Billion Years applied to the coming of this Planet Earth, if accepted to be True, just for conversation of reasoning, can not your Divine Mind play with the possibility and probability that on this very young planet we call Earth, it would be selfishly insane to imply that Life Beings on this Planet call Earth, is all there is in the universe and that there is no one else out in the Universe that has the intelligence to Travel such a vast infinite Dark Space with Billions of Solar Systems resting in the bosom of the Perfect Night-Space Godly Energy ?

Beloved, without your Divine Mind, you become a patsy to anything anybody tell you about God, Universe, and your self Being, and being that we have lost all knowledge of ourselves, Black Woman and Man, we set ourselves up to become the laughing stock of the Anthropomorphous Beings world that reside upon this Planet Earth.

In all that is Finally said an done by our Great Black Scientist, those on a journey to verify the Origin of those that be on this Planet Earth, I take my final instruction from our Ancient Cosmic Divine First Way Black Universal Ancestors, those that came out of and From the Stars Universe.

According to Dr. Diop, there are Three Prime Phylum of so call Mankind, they being of the Nature of Race and they are the Black so call Afrikan, which he refer to as the Sutter Being, then you have the Diego Being, which is referred to as the Mongoloid ( Yellow ) Being and you have the Kell Being, which is the Caucasoid Being, and from the cross breeding between the Black Afrikan with the Caucasian, you get in return the Mongolian people and from such a trilogy of cross breeding, you get what you see today in the way of the many different ethnic groups on this planet.

So you ask, where did the Caucasian come from and I say I will leave you with something to ponder over, yet I must say beloved, the Origin of Mankind upon this Planet is still open ended and as Dr . Diop, John H Clarke, Chancellor William say to you Black people, there is still a lot more research to be Done about your Black self and do not leave it up to those other people to do your work for you, because they will continue to feed you lies about your Black Selves.

Pan Afrikanism can not be re-defined, it must be refined to mean not a shaking of Hand between the Afrikan at Home and the Afrikan in the Diaspora, it must now become a Locking of Hand and with the Pulling by the Afrikan at Home, such a jester will serve as the Welcoming us in the Diaspora, here by way of the Middle Passage, back Home, and with a willingness to share our Enslaved Afrikan Ancestors Land with your Kit and Kin, for purpose of us establishing our own State, because there is much work to be done in Uniting the Black Nation and reclaiming the Land Continent call Afrika, the Land that was left in the Black hand Charge, a Hand that now carry no weight in Afrika today, not in the world, nor in Afrika, other than to bully each other.

The question, who is an Afrikan, imply the confusion of the people calling themselves Afrikans, about whom we are and I must say, there is no False Afrikan, if we are dealing with the Being that originated on that part of the planet we now call Afrika, because then you See, the True Afrikan will remain as is, the Black Anthropomorphous Phenotype that you are, Black woman and Man, you being a Race unto your Black self, so unique that you are, and allow no one to convert you from such a Divine Truth about your Black self, you who are referred to as the Children of god. ( Amon-Ra-Sun-Star )

So, Black People must make a Choice, now that they have information that is being shared with you that Draw a Clear Distinction in being desirous of living a Divine Life as oppose to living an evil Life, with the Former indicating there was a Divine Being on this Planet that was of the Nature of a Divine Sapient Sapient Being, as oppose to the latter life, living an Evil Life by those that refer to themselves as being Human Beings, that is if Black people are desirous of Living a Divine Life once again on this Planet, Earth.

One must be cautious and thoughtful regarding the usage of the term
"African" as applied towards a broad variety of sovereign ethnic
groups found across all corners of the globe. For each possesses
distinctive notions and designations of one's own humanity.

Let us consider the origins of mankind and its unrelenting sequence of
campaigns for survival, conquest and self-determination. Can it truly
be valid and just to label a wide spectrum of ethnicities and
nationalities based on what many critics of African-centered
scholarship have dismissed as an unscrupulous association of those
exhibiting melanin content beyond some arbitrary threshold of hue?

More generally, who is an African and why? This is a complex and
rather subtle issue that is yet to be resolved, for the mere
definitions are subjects of profound deliberation in themselves.

We begin this brief discourse by first stating all human beings derive
from a common source in Africa. This is an undisputed fact that
provides a logical starting point in the chronology of humanity's
narrative. From an evolutionary biologist's perspective, precise
genetic markers tell a fastidious tale of man's fragmentation into the
    diverse phenotypes we see today*1,2.

Furthermore many scholars have speculated that it is specifically
man's distinguishing trait of skin-color that has become the
perverse obsession of those with recessive traits to subjugate and
destroy humanity's robust melanin containing masses.3

Therefore, one can naively divide mankind into two major categories.
Present amongst the earth are the nomadic peoples and the indigenous
peoples. Indigenous peoples are the settled inhabitants of a
particular location before the modern establishment of nation-states.
Typically most indigenous groups can trace their origins in the form
    of myths and legends
to the prehistoric dispersal of humans out of Africa.4

In terms of culture, indigenous groups live harmoniously with nature
and live in accord with psychologically balanced familiar
interactions, epitomized by the respect and emphasis of the role of
women. Most importantly, indigenous groups share the common practice
of sustainable development, utilizing natural resources in dynamic
equilibrium and allowing for a lifestyle that can virtually perpetuate
endlessly on a large timescale. Some notable examples
are the Santhals of Bangladesh, the Zulu of South Africa, and the
    Koori of Australia.

On the other hand, the nomadic communities stem from harsher climates,
allowing for a permanent restlessness and a culture rooted in
pathology, having an admiration for military virtues and the
exploitation of natural resources. Having more ferocious stamina and
bestial bravery than cultural attainments, being the first of many
historically recognized groups to seek control and domination of
others, establishing one group superior and the other

Having raped and plundered indigenous people for centuries, a vicious
culture of misogyny and sociological imbalance has been the nomadic
legacy, conflicting with humanity's very essence.
Consequently, to find unanimity in one's own humanity as exhibited by
the indigenous people fits the true definition of an African. It is an
inclusive category rather that a separatist ideology and ultimately
its politics manifests itself in modern form as

Pan Africanism today can be thought of analogously in terms of a
popular children's fable. A drifting soldier traverses a shanty
village occupied by famished families on the brink of survival. He
to take a rest stop and declares to the village-folk that he will make
a great soup by boiling a cauldron of water containing only a mere
    glistening stone.

Although everyone in the village is welcome to join him, the village-
folk are initially unconvinced but shortly after bring small
contributions: a head of lettuce, pounds of potatoes, pieces of meat,
and much more. Towards the end, the cauldron was overflowing with
enough hearty soup to feed everyone in the
village for weeks. Thus, the moral of this fable is that simple
cooperation can produce significant achievements, even from meager,
    seemingly marginal contributions.

As a perfect analogy to this children's fable, most black populations
throughout the world are so engaged in their individual struggles,
that a pervasive cynical outlook prevents any effective
attempts at worldwide social, political, and economic

Moreover, a large share of the African-centered establishment are
unaware of the independent rise of black nationalism from within the
Indian Sub-Continent extending back to the last decade, pioneered by
Periyar Ramasamy, Kancha Illiah, Uthaya Naidu, Dr. K.Jamanadas, V.T.
    Rajshekar, Runoko Rashidi, and Hadwa

The uncertain extension of camaraderie directed towards the Dalits and
Adivasis results from the limited interaction with South Asians
restricted to the upper caste Hindu, Sikh, and Pakistani immigrants
of the major cities. This brown Caucasoid community has candidly
    expressed anti-black, anti-African sentiments and a seemingly
obstinate fondness for the Anglo-Americans and Europeans.

The former and the latter often reinforce one another as the cultural
foundations of Hinduism or Brahmanism, encompassing a
broader framework of identities held by the South Asian Diaspora,
    irrespective of religious beliefs.5

At present, international travel is a rare experience amongst most
Dalits and Adivasis. Accordingly, the direct collaboration with their
counterparts in America has been the major obstacle for South Asian
Pan-Africanists. On the other hand, recent advancements in technology
have brought forth optimism. The Internet has blossomed into an
inexpensive but efficient medium of communication and information

It has performed a crucial role in the unification of the world's
fragmented, oppressed, and destitute masses of Blacks. In spite of
this perceptual communications barrier, Pan-Africanism must be
redefined to include the Dalits and Adivasis. This is an essential
adjustment to accommodate recent changes in South Asia's political
environment, for there are close to 300 million Blacks in South Asia

The motivation arises from the preceding fable's premise, that the
transnational, cooperative efforts of the world's African populace can
    produce monumental achievements.

    Modern Pan-Africanism was pioneered in the western hemisphere;
conceived and developed by the celebrated,Jamaican born intellectual,
Marcus Garvey. His unique brilliance identified a leading factor
responsible for the destruction of classical Black civilization and
the emergence of global Indo-European tyranny. This being that most
    indigenous communities suffer from the
absence of a collective political identity that binds them to the
    efforts of the others.

This disconnection of one's identity and race has contributed to
decline of the African Diaspora. The European and Anglo-American
orchestrated interethnic conflicts from within the African continent
along with the ubiquitous deterioration of African health, economic
regression, and infrastructural stagnation, have produced disaster
and confusion upon scores of post-colonial African nations.

It is an appalling reality that without exception, within every nation
across the globe, African people occupy the lowest rungs of the socio-
economic hierarchy. Given the widespread severity of the
problem, the continued existence of the global African presence relies
heavily upon the practice of one logical principle: Blacks worldwide
must stay united as one people.

As the Dalit author, Hadwa Dom has pleaded, "From the US South to
South Africa to South India, Blacks have been oppressed by white
races. More understanding of our common racial bonds is necessary for
    our survival."5

In the 19th century the Black Tasmanians experienced a near complete
case of genocide. The Agta Negritos of the Phillipines, the
Nicobarese, and perhaps even the Australian Aboriginals are waning
    into extinction.

Today, in the United States, the African Americans have been shaped
into a permanent underclass by the machine of institutionalized
racism. It is evident, that the Redefinition of Pan-Africanism is the
    need of the hour.
