Bill Clinton, the president affectionately referred to as the " first black president" by many african americans, allowed the tragedy in Rawhanda to happen. Bill " the first black president" Clinton, along with France and England. overlooked the attempted genocide of a race of people because those people were " less than Ni99ers" they were Africans. However Mr Clinton didn't hesitate to put a halt to the ethnic cleansing of whites in Yugoslavia. "The first black president" it seems was just another white politician.

THAT'S MY "BIG" OPINION.

Honorary black still isn’t black! No US president is going to make black issues a priority, unless we do! Very few black folks were aware of the Rwanda genocide when it was occurring. Our media needs to play a more active role in informing the community on matters of importance to us. We in turn need to inform our politicians on said issues. There needs to be a black foreign policy, separate from US foreign policy.

Not too many African Americans take the rime to worry about foreign policy. In many of our minds what happens across the sea might as well be happening on the moon. That's why a white cat can drop a few coins in our pockets, tell us he feels our pain and be labeled the first black prez. That's all right with him because he knows he's white and we still haven't had a real Black president in over two hundred years.

Just like Monkeys in a Barrel

Toni Morrison said that Bill Clinton was the first black president because of the access that he allowed Blacks. If you thought that he like Black people other than to get the holy ghost at Our churches and screw Black females...then it is you who is fooled. Black ain't Black, but White is always white. And further more she called him that in jest.

So what they call Bush the first Hispanic President. I don't see him relieving any of the Latin American countries out of poverty and oppression.
