    ORACLE OF DOOM

The curse of slavery is near
Wash All the sores cause God will spare
Five used to be a sign of God & family
Now its upside down scales counting for nine willy-nilly

Out of the dark dungeon caves
A big bird shall arise with wings of names
It carries much black water in its belly it saves
Twin statues will be brought down by its flames

All of the planets in space
    Frowned in much disgrace
On the actions of this rebel bird
But the Eagle from Samites will get the last words

Regurgitated bubbled water turned into boiling fire
The evil bird finally full filled its plans and desire

The robot man sniped from his gates
By the pilot from another state
Some are happy the tin creature didn’t take
The White huts from across a self-made lake
The prize was his but the time was late
What seemed wrong was another mans mistake

The play will be released within the next several days. I will post it on the Short essay section. Its just a one-act 12-page play; but its amazing. Some people are not going to like it because its too extreme.

Dre, your poems are a challenge to read
    I like that.....deciphering the meaning
causing you not only to read
but think about what you are reading
full of much depth and truth
    sometimes the truth hurts
    like a two edge sword
    it would hurt more
if you kept the gifts within
I look forward to the read

Former president Clinton gave a recent speech at Georgetown University and claimed the past issues of slavery cause the terrorist attacks:

Bill Clinton, the former president, said yesterday that terror has existed in America for hundreds of years and the nation is "paying a price today" for its past of slavery and for looking "the other way when a significant number of native Americans were dispossessed and killed."

When a black man talks about slavery he's a racist, but when a whiteman says the same thing as a black dude how do u call it?

With a black man he lives it
    he experiences it
he feels it deep in his soul

    with a white man....its realization
    and atonement.

    if all were this honest
    racism would probably be non-existent

but you have to wonder always
in the back of your mind
    whats the agenda....

    what do you think....Dre?
    I'd be interested to know.

    btw......I've always liked Bill Clinton
he does seem to be more in tune
    then your average white person
but its always difficult to be trusting.....

    You do challenge

my mind. You force me to step out of the ethereal places I love to dwell in poetically, and pay attention to some very disturbing, very important details.

Thank you for shakin up a sista's mental in tha morning! I admit, reading your piece in the story section FIRST, enabled me to approach this work with some intelligence! :)

    Keep bringin it!
