    The sky to the east,
    Granite terraces rise,
    boundless and profound.

    As each passing cloud
    sanctifies the morning glow,
    hope beckons me.

    Arc of the rainbow
Chases the color of the sky.
    I find my youth.

    Sudden doves flutter,
    Relieves the air with laughter.
    My joy fills all space.

    Wondrous sunlight
    this canopy of velvet green
    Lovingly warms me.

    Mountain and sky,
    Not vying for victory.
    Communal spirits.

    I enter alone.
    Spirit of serene content..
    In silence....my gratitude

What a bouquet of beauty this scribe was, just plain pretty and peaceful poet.
