Really? I would say there are plenty of us whose DNA goes back billions of years, because this planet is organized form the dust of the universe and our bodies are also created from that same element of the earth. Because of that, carbon 13 dating, science can never get it right, unless we are counting the rings of a tree.

Then basically they wouldn't be able to differentiate your dna from the dirt in the park... but the point is that they can tell the difference from soil, to bone, to plantlife while all being carbon.

The study that is the source material for the article.. the study about the mans DNA dating back 338,000 years. Has anybody read it?.. or does someone have the title of the study... or something?

Off topic? The study that dates the man's DNA back 338,000 years is "Off-topic" ?
I'll take that as a "No" then... and that would explain the rudeness for such a routine question. It stands to reason that if the subject has to do with a Study published in a Journal, that folks interested would ask about the actual Study. Doesn't it?

Listen.. if you haven't read the study.. or haven't seen the study.. that's fine.. Fine.. That's all you have to say. I was simply looking to read the study myself. I have searched the Journal generally cited in the Article but I have not been able to find the Study. I thought maybe the folks in this thread had some more information about it.. Excuse my interruption.
