Was he involved in The DOD ARPANET Project who had a basic packet switching internet network in the late 60's that was the platform for Robert Kahn and Vinton Cerf who in 1983 developed the TCP/IP communications protocol used by Tim Berners-Lee who has been globally recognized and credited for not creating the Internet but actually replacing the original BBS system with The World Wide Web in 1990?

Just messing with you Kem. To be honest no one person dare seek credit for inventing the Internet or any precursor to open and closed loop hard wire and RF based data communications system because the basic design of the world wide web was being designed by military and intelligence services in the 40's. The United States Office of Technology Assessment who routinely seizes individual patent design applications with military and intelligence potential under the guise of National Security which existed before many of us were born and still is a front for DARPA the CIA and lately NASA had to be publicly acknowledged in the seventies when in 1957 a Congressional approved budget of 300 million dollars appropriated for general Department of Defense research were diverted to a room with no number in the Pentagon and eventually disappeared into thin air just about the time the super secret replacement for the venerable U-2 spy plane the SR-71 SAC spy plane surfaced in 1964 with zero budget accountability which was strange since Lockheed billed SAC about 278 million dollars for time, equipment, research and training at Skunkworks basically for no official reason. Our tax dollars at work.
